Smell the desert breeze and savor its flavor wuth this cactus-based appetizer. Fresh cactuar pods roasted atop an oblong pad of dough, topped with gently spiced cheese, diced fresh tomato, and sprigs of cilantro (on request).
A cup or bowl of the Rusty Boots Saloon's house recipe chili. Ground rroneek over black beans and spices, topped with diced onion, shredded cheese, sour cream and chopped green onion, simmered all day. Oyster crackers on demand. Comes in mild, spicy, and shoot-your-tongue-off hot.

Like the legendary outlaw gang, but come to pillage your taste buds like a bank vault. A flight of three mini tacos- birria (shredded stewed rroneek), pulled chicken, and pescado (battered fish with greens and white sauce) that will leave you thirsting for another tangle.

A legendary steak for a legendary outlaw. A prime one-ponze strip steak of rroneek spiced just enough to bring out its natural flavor. Served with a side of mashed popotoes and mesquite beans, with butter and rolls.
Rubbed and stuffed with butter, herbs and spices and roasted with alien onions, new popotoes and carrots of happiness, with pan-drip gravy. Served in half and full portions, this well-practiced dish is well-loved by the James gang- especially Jesse himself.
Minutal Marinum
Two patties of spiced ground lamb meat, with two slices of paneer, Topped with deep-fried alien onion rings, produce, and a sweet yet spicy curry barbecue sauce. You'll want to hold on to this bronco with both hands. Comes with a side of steak fries and dipping sauce.

A massive russet popoto dressed to order, with options such as sour cream, cheese, butter, crispy bacon bits, broccoflower, and more- you'll find more and more goodness the deeper you dig!

Well-Bread Pudding
A pudding of style and grace, stale bread is mixed with a custard of butter, egg, milk, sugar and raisins and seasoned perfectly with sugar and cinnamon, with several handfuls of raisins,and then baked until it's as sweet and solid as Jesse himself.
Sweet and savory pecans are stuffed to the top of this wonderful dessert, served with a scoop of cinnamon ice cream. Just be aware that you may have to scrap for the last slice- or until the next one comes out of the oven!
Francine's Pecan Pie
A heady blend of sweet spices let you taste the sweet love baked into these cookies. Cut into cowboy hats and sherriff stars, this plate of cookies is served with a small dish of preserves for spreading and dipping and a glass of ice cold rroneek milk for dunking.

The Lady of the Line
A Pakshee signature drink created for The Great Train Robbery. A purple margarita with a lime wheel, a more 'everyday' version of the legendary Pakshee cocktail, the Madame Herself.
A foaming, carbonated soft drink brewed in aged oak barrels and chilled ice cold. Served with a frosty mug to pour into. Can be served float-style with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a spoon. Is absolutely, positively not root beer.
A glass jar filled with safely brewed moonshine, in plain, wildberry, sabotendar tuna, or grape flavors. Pure enough to put you on your tail after two jars, safe enough that it won't strike you blind or mute- unless you drink way too much!
